Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

UAE Customers

- Exchange products will be shipped and delivered within 1-10 business days

International Customers

- Exchange products will be shipped and delivered within 7-20 business days

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

- Mouth guards (once opened or used)

- Items without proof of purchase
